The Arizona Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. Provides Purified Reverse Osmosis Water for Their Birds
1/19/2012 - The Arizona Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. is now proud to announce we have been equipped with a reverse osmosis water filtration system to provide on-going purified drinking water for the birds in our care. Reverse Osmosis is a water filtration system that removes 95-99% of the contaminants from common tap water. In this process, purified water results after the pressure of city water passes through a contaminant-catching membrane, capable of filtering contaminants at the molecular level. Like squeezing a lemon, pressurized water passes through the filter and purified water separates into a tank while the contaminant portion of the water flows down the drain. We at Arizona Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. believe it is essential to the stabilization and the rehabilitation process that we have the best food, water and environmental quality we are able to provide.
